2022 Summer Workshop

The 3D-RST Program will host a summer workshop for Biology and Chemistry teachers from each of four rural Utah regions to learn about the philosophical foundations of 3D science teaching that incorporates core ideas, science practices, and crosscutting concepts, and to develop a lesson plan with teachers of the same subject from their region of the state (subject-region teams). Additionally, the teachers will be introduced to TMLS, how it works and the value it adds to their professional learning needs.
